Subscription cancellation
You may request cancellation within the first two days after your subscription starts. After two days, cancellation and refund are unavailable because meal preparation and ingredient reservations have begun.
Weekly subscription and renewal
After the first week, a weekly subscription may be converted to a monthly subscription. Example: for a weekly price of BHD 25, the amount already paid and the days used are deducted; only the remaining amount for the monthly subscription is due.
Delivery schedule
Morning window: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.\nEvening window: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Exceptional circumstances
If events beyond our control occur, such as war, closures, government decisions or similar circumstances, the subscription is paused and all remaining days are retained. Service resumes when normal operations return; no remaining subscription days are lost because of the pause.
Refund policy
Refund requests are accepted during the first two days after the subscription starts, subject to the cancellation conditions above. The approved menu uses BHD 25 as an example of a weekly subscription.
Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the subscription terms and undertake to follow them. Completing the website registration steps records that agreement.
Meal availability
Important: Some menu items may occasionally change depending on the availability of ingredients and goods in the market.
